DIGI is made up of motivated, talented students from DePaul University. Together, we strive to use our creativity, ingenuity, and imagination to create educational games and experiences.

Em is a third year graduate student in the MFA Animation program. She graduated from Purdue in 2021 with a double major in Animation and Visual Effects and a minor in Film. Her passions include creature design, 3D sculpting, and fantasy games like Baldur’s Gate III.

Astrid is a third year undergraduate student earning their degree in Animation with a concentration in Game Art. They have a passion for creation, whether it be through digital art, animation, or traditional painting! They are specifically inspired by fashion, animals, and the ocean.

Finnegan is a third year Animation student with a minor in Game Design. He enjoys playing games with lots of environmental storytelling and mystery. When not studying or working, she enjoys spending time with her cat and finding new games to play.

Leo is a third year undergraduate student majoring in Game Design. He plans to graduate DePaul in 2026, possibly with an added Computer Science minor. He is passionate about film, music, and all kinds of games, but particularly those with engaging stories.

Creative Director
Jes founded DIGI in 2022 and has made it her personal mission to promote the use of games in education. In addition to running the DIGI Lab, Jes is also faculty at DePaul and teaches game design, game development, social media, and game art classes.
